soo i went out on a bike ride and i randonly got a really bad anxiety attack, and i couldnt do anything but peddle faster and faster untill i almost got hit by 2 cars and then i purposely tried to crash into the third but missed and crashed on my own and when i hit the ground i just layed there for about an hour. this is the first time in months ive tried to commit suicide, HELP!?!?!?!?!?
